My expertise is in providing excellent customer service. Customer retention isn't just important to your business, it's vital. Having quality customer service is the key. As your assistant, I provide that personal touch for your business. I do not believe in settling for "good enough" - I believe in always going the extra mile.

Billing	I utilize QuickBooks Pro to create customized invoices, maintain billing and payment information. I can also keep track of your business income and expenditures.
Personalized On-line Calendar	Not only can I schedule appointments for you, I can make your schedule accessible to you via the web from any computer
Newsletters	Ezines - edit, send, manage mailing list
Proofreading	Editing documents for accuracy
Event Planning	Everything from creating and sending invitations, handling RSVPs, ordering supplies, obtaining vendor quotes, preparing handouts, and reserving meeting and hotel rooms, to issuing thank you cards or follow-up material.
Reminder Service	You should never miss an appointment, project deadline, birthday or anniversary! I can even send a card or place a gift order.

Though I will work on a project basis, I do prefer to establish a long-term partnership with my clients. My fees are based on an hourly rate. I do offer a retainer discount based on a minimum 10 hours per month, payable in advance. Contact me for a quote and to discuss your assistance needs.
